Discover the power of performance poetry and share your unique voice in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Performance poetry, also known as spoken word poetry, is a genre of poetry that is written specifically to be performed. Led by B.G. Rogers, a creative writer and professional copywriter from Newcastle (UK) who was first published at the age of 9. She’s now based in Queenstown with her ginormous house rabbit and released her first collection of short stories in 2022. This workshop is open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned writers.
