Come join us for a session where we'll talk about ADHD in adults – what it looks like in daily life, how to deal with it, and where to find help!

Led by therapist Kiara Moore from Aspiring Therapy, this is your chance to learn, share, and get support.

Whether you have ADHD or want to learn more about it, this workshop is for you. The session will help you learn about adult ADHD, share experiences, and gain practical tips in a supportive environment.

Booking essential, limited spaces.
