Join Violet Hirst at Frankton Library on Phantom Billstickers National Poetry Day this year. Violet is a Tāhuna-raised songwriter, musician, poet, and artist inspired by dance, theatre, and film. She self-released her debut album Donegal in 2023, toured nationwide, and was nominated for Best Album by the Student Radio Network. She toured the USA with Office Dog and is now working on her second album. Violet has also written for Flying Nun and studied at the Institute of Modern Letters.
