Join us once a month for our Senior’s Movie Matinee, showcasing a range of quality films and documentaries from Beamafilm, the library’s free streaming service, our free-to-access streaming service for library members, showcasing top-quality international and local films and documentaries.
Each session takes place at the Lake Wānaka Centre, with films running approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
There’s a short intermission halfway through, offering a chance to relax, socialise, and enjoy light refreshments generously provided by the Upper Clutha Lions.
These events are completely free for our senior community and transport can be arranged for those with access or mobility needs, thanks to a funding grant from LIANZA.
