Join us for a relaxed and informative evening exploring neurodiversity.

Presented by Aspiring Therapy, Kiara Moore, local therapist, this session will cover the unique ways neurodivergent brains experience the world, including ADHD, autism, and sensory differences.

You'll gain insights into strengths-based approaches, everyday support strategies, and ways to better understand yourself or others.

Whether you're neurodivergent adult, supporting someone who is, or just curious to learn more, all are welcome.

Booking essential, limited spaces.
