Concussions are common and can affect anyone, from kids on the playground to adults, young or old, enjoying outdoor activities or navigating everyday life. Knowing how to recognise and respond to a concussion is vital to ensure proper care and recovery.
Join experts Helen Tufui (founder of The Headache Clinic) and Laura Spalding (Queenstown-based Headache Consultant) for an informative and approachable session on concussion prevention, recognition, and management.
They’ll share their professional insights alongside personal experiences to help you understand what happens after a concussion and how best to support yourself or loved ones.
