Join Nook Road Productions vocal practitioner and Hāwea- based musician Anna van Riel for a dynamic, functional and engaging workshop on the human voice.
This 2hr wānanga supports participants as they build a personalised vocal toolbox to support self-management, vocal health and connected phonation.
As we gain a grasp of posture, breathwork, anatomy and mental blocks, this fun and empowering session will help you to discover the intelligent vocalist within.
Please bring a drink bottle and arrive hydrated. The session will round off with a big sing where we’ll put our new toolbox into practice.
