We can scan to email addresses or to USB sticks.

Digital Help

Do you need help using your computer, tablet, mobile phone or our free library e-resources? We can help with anything from learning to text for the first time right up to formatting your word document on your laptop. No questions are too small or big.

Digital Help appointments are available at Frankton and Queenstown. Please contact these libraries to request an appointment.

Drop in to Arrowtown Library every Thursday from 11:30am to 1:30pm and talk to a friendly librarian about your digital concerns.

We also regularly run Digital Help classes or sessions across the district. Head to our What's On page and filter on Digital Help.
